Backend & Infrastructure Engineer

Our Backend & Infrastructure Engineers focus on building and maintaining the backbone of what we do: serving our end users, teams within the company, and all of engineering. We are seeking an experienced engineer to scale our systems as the product and userbase continue to grow.

As a Backend & Infrastructure Engineer you will:
  • Design and develop the backend that powers all mobile and web clients, support the product team in architecting core features around personalization, site analytics, and in-house optimization frameworks.
  • Build out and optimize our application infrastructure, along with the systems and tools to ensure uptime and speed.
  • Move us from a monolithic application to a service-oriented architecture, and identify and implement other core architectural changes to accommodate our increasing scale.

Full Stack Product Engineer

As a Full Stack Product Engineer you will:

Mobile Engineer

As an early engineer in our mobile team you will have great impact on our company and the mobile future of the fashion-tech industry. Our applications are still in the early stages, and there is a lot of new and cool things that we want your help with. You will be working with very experienced engineers that like to push the envelope on both the technical and UI side to deliver a world class experience for our users.

Creative Director

Lead Creative Designer for the Threadflip Marketing team. Threadflip is a start-up and the role is integrated from concept to execution.

This role will be responsible for the consistent representation of the Threadflip brand to consumers through all marketing creative. The role is responsible for the design and successful execution of seasonal campaigns, daily marketing email campaigns, related mobile and web assets as well as promotional campaigns. The lead creative designer will partner with product design to ensure a seamless customer experience and a consistent brand voice. She will manage 2 designers and one TBH copywriter.

The Lead Designer will also be responsible for partnering with marketing to develop brand guidelines for Threadflip and subsequently to ensure the brand voice it is consistent throughout all touchpoints.

  • Experience conceiving and developing seasonal campaigns to address consumer needs throughout a key buying or selling season
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent graphic design skills and an appetite to design as well as direct, mentor and lead
  • Ability to design for a variety of mediums including web, mobile, email, and tablets
  • Strong typography skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple competing tasks

Growth Analyst

We are looking for someone who will own our growth and user acquisition efforts. This person will work closely with our marketing and product team to help drive growth across our marketplace.

  • Drive user acquisition and buying across various paid advertising channels and partnerships
  • Understand lifetime value of a customer and user behavior in a data-driven manner
  • Track and analyze all campaigns and channels to provide performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvements and ROI optimization.
  • Manage monthly performance targets.
  • Manage relationships and operations with multiple mobile ad agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams, artists, and producers to define product marketing strategy (App Store creative, viral, social, and retention features).
  • Aggressively collect, analyze, and respond to data related to the performance of our marketplace.

Office and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a part time Office and Facilities Manager to ensure that the office is a happy, productive place for all employees. This position is part time to start with the opportunity to go full time within 3-6 months. Please send a cover letter and resume to apply.
