Backend & Infrastructure Engineer

Our Backend & Infrastructure Engineers focus on building and maintaining the backbone of what we do: serving our end users, teams within the company, and all of engineering. We are seeking an experienced engineer to scale our systems as the product and userbase continue to grow.

Creative Director

Lead Creative Designer for the Threadflip Marketing team. Threadflip is a start-up and the role is integrated from concept to execution.

This role will be responsible for the consistent representation of the Threadflip brand to consumers through all marketing creative. The role is responsible for the design and successful execution of seasonal campaigns, daily marketing email campaigns, related mobile and web assets as well as promotional campaigns. The lead creative designer will partner with product design to ensure a seamless customer experience and a consistent brand voice. She will manage 2 designers and one TBH copywriter.

The Lead Designer will also be responsible for partnering with marketing to develop brand guidelines for Threadflip and subsequently to ensure the brand voice it is consistent throughout all touchpoints.

Requirements:
  • Experience conceiving and developing seasonal campaigns to address consumer needs throughout a key buying or selling season
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent graphic design skills and an appetite to design as well as direct, mentor and lead
